EPS Sandwich Panel has excellences of light weight(1/20-1/30 of concrete), heat insulation, rapid construction speed(operate without humidity and needn't repeated fitment). It is a new type protection structural material, congregates bearing, heat preservation and water resistance.
Features
1: Strong thermal insulation performance:
it has excellent thermal insulation performance, the lowest thermal conductivity in organic insulation materials (<0.024), and the ideal insulation material to achieve the goal of 75% energy saving in China's buildings.
2:Super flame retardant:
The oxygen index of the polyurethane insulation board is more than 32%, super flame retardant, and it burns for 30 minutes after 1300 °C flame. At up to 150 ° C there is no low drop, non-sticking, no signs of combustion.
3:Fire resistance performance
Fire resistance rating: The cement surface layer can achieve A-level fire resistance (depending on the thickness and formula), and EPS core materials usually add flame retardants to enhance the overall fire resistance.
